Late Arrivals

Ecous Laser Boutique, Inc. offers packages of three (3) and six (6) treatment sessions.
Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If treatment must be temporarily paused due to pregnancy, medication, or another medical reason, the package validity period may be extended as appropriate.
Treatment sessions are scheduled at intervals recommended by your provider based on the treatment area, hair growth cycle, treatment response, and other individual factors.
Package pricing is locked in at the time of purchase. Future changes to regular or package pricing will not affect an existing package.
Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the client for whom they were purchased.
Package payments already made are non-refundable. If a client chooses to discontinue treatment, no future installment payments will be required.
If treatment cannot safely continue due to pregnancy, medication, a medical condition, or another contraindication, no future installment payments will be collected. The package validity period may be extended if treatment can safely resume at a later date.
Late cancellations and no-shows do not result in the loss of a package session. Standard cancellation and no-show fees apply separately in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Installments are portions of the total discounted package price and are not payments for a specific individual session or number of sessions.
There is no interest or financing charge for installment plans.
By choosing an installment plan, you authorize Ecous Laser Boutique Inc. to charge the card provided for the applicable installment when payment becomes due.
If an installment payment is declined or otherwise unsuccessful, the outstanding installment must be paid before additional treatment can be provided.
